Do I need to provide supplies?
No. We bring professional equipment and our own eco-conscious, low-scent products. If you prefer a particular product for a special surface, we are happy to use it.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. Birchwood is fully insured and bonded, and every specialist is background-checked and signs a confidentiality agreement before their first visit.
How do you handle keys and access?
Keys and codes are stored securely, tagged without your address and only issued to your dedicated team.
What about pets?
We adore them. Let us know about your pets when you book and we will plan around their routines.
Can I reschedule?
Of course. Simply let us know at least 48 hours ahead and we will find a time that suits you.
